This service includes the cost of your genetic test and follow-up consultations to discuss your results and develop action points. This is a premium package that includes: - 4 consultations in total (1 initial consultation and 3 follow-ups lasting 1 hr each) - Nutrition information and action plan based on your DNA test results -Referrals/signposting if needed - What's App support (12 check-in sessions / 1 check-in per week) - Food diary analysis Bonus add-ons: - Health Coaching - Healthy Recipes The genetic test involves taking a buccal swab, which will be sent to the lab for testing your DNA sample (the test will be sent to your home). The results will be discussed online. The test aims to see how you respond to certain nutrients and how that could impact the risk of nutrition-related chronic diseases. It is not a diagnostic of your health but an indicator of your genes and interaction with certain nutrients.
