Recipe: A bag of washed salad leaves A small can of tuna 2 large tomatoes a handful of black olives 4 boiled eggs - pls leave it to cool a small shallot Half a bag of green beans a good extra virgin olive oil and a good balsamic vinegar for the dressing Method: Use half of the pack of the salad and lay it on a large bowl Add the diced shallot, the halved olives, the tomatoes sliced in small cubes. then add the cold runner beans, the eggs sliced in small pieces and layer it all in a lovely display. Add the tuna. Serve with the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top. If you want you could add a piece of a sourdough bread Enjoy!
